I got into fitness for the same reason as most of y’all. To feel more confident. But like so many others that are new to fitness I struggled with maintaining a healthy relationship with food, staying consistent with my workouts, and ultimately enjoying the process.
It took forever to find out a way of training that was rewarding and made me want to embrace the highs and lows of becoming a better version of myself.
